# Rezygnacja z usługi

### Rezygnacja z usługi i zamknięcie konta

W zakładce **Ustawienia> Profil** administrator może rozpocząć proces usunięcia konta w systemie **Bluur.**

Aby usunąć konto, przejdź do odpowiedniej sekcji w ustawieniach konta, a następnie kliknij przycisk **Usuń konto**. Po wykonaniu tej czynności konto zostanie zawieszone na **72 godziny**. W tym czasie możliwe jest jeszcze jego przywrócenie.

Po upływie 72 godzin konto zostanie trwale usunięte. Usunięcie konta obejmuje dane konta, konfigurację, użytkowników, dokumenty oraz historię aktywności. Informacja o usunięciu konta, konfiguracji, użytkowników, dokumentów i historii aktywności jest również wskazana w regulaminie usługi Bluur.

Po zakończeniu okresu zawieszenia konto oraz wszystkie dane i dokumenty zostaną usunięte z serwerów na stałe.

Przed usunięciem konta upewnij się, że pobrano wszystkie potrzebne dokumenty oraz zakończono bieżące prace w systemie.
