# Finalizacja
Aby rozpocząć proces, kliknij przycisk **Anonimizuj** znajdujący się w górnej części ekranu.
System utworzy zanonimizowaną wersję dokumentu, w której dane znajdujące się w wybranych obszarach zostaną trwale usunięte. Proces obejmuje pola należące do aktywnych kategorii oraz ręcznie dodane obszary, zgodnie z ustawieniami wybranymi przed uruchomieniem anonimizacji.
Do momentu zarchiwizowania dokumentu użytkownik może cofnąć zapisane zmiany w systemie i wrócić do etapu klasyfikacji. Nie wpływa to jednak na wcześniej pobrane pliki, anonimizacja w każdej pobranej wersji dokumentu jest trwała i nieodwracalna.

**Ważne:** Przed wykonaniem anonimizacji sprawdź wszystkie strony dokumentu, aktywne kategorie oraz ręcznie dodane obszary.

**Ważne:** Anonimizacja nie polega wyłącznie na wizualnym zasłonięciu treści. Danych usuniętych z pliku wynikowego nie można odzyskać przez zaznaczenie tekstu, wyłączenie warstwy ani zmianę ustawień dokumentu.

Jeżeli proces anonimizacji nie zostanie zakończony, sprawdź komunikat wyświetlony w prawym górnym rogu ekranu.
