# Service cancellation

Cancelling the Bluur service means deleting the account along with all data. The process can only be initiated by the account administrator.

{% step %}
**Go to Settings > Profile.**

**What happens after clicking "Delete account"**

The account remains **suspended for 72 hours**. During this time:

* if no one logs into the account, it will be permanently deleted after 72 hours,
* to restore the account, simply log in to it — the deletion process will then stop automatically.

**What happens after 72 hours**

The account and all associated data are removed from the servers **permanently and irreversibly**.

{% hint style="danger" %}
After the suspension period ends, the account and all data and documents will be permanently deleted from the servers.

Before deleting the account, make sure all necessary documents have been downloaded and any ongoing work in the system has been completed.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://bluurdoc.bluur.ai/en/system/billing-and-licensing/service-cancellation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
