# Access control and teamwork

There are two [**roles**: **Administrator** and **User**.](/en/functions/team.md#role-uzytkownikow)

The Administrator manages the organization account, users, subscription, retention settings, and access to event logs and operation history. They can also invite users using company email addresses in the organization domain, change their roles, and remove them from the team.

The user performs daily work with documents in the projects to which they have been assigned. They can use the available classification and anonymization features according to the scope of the granted access.

The role in the organization and assignment to a project are two separate levels of access control. Assignment to a project determines who can view the documents stored in it and participate in their processing.
