First steps

The guide presents basic information about the account, the trial version, purchasing a subscription, payments, and plan management.

Account

An account in the Bluur system is the workspace of a user or organization. It enables AI classification, document anonymization, projects, and team collaboration features.

The system is accessible via a web browser and does not require installing additional software.

Trial

Any user who registers in the Bluur system receives access to a 7-day trial version and a limit of 30 pages for classification.

In the trial version, the limit is reduced during document classification. In paid plans, the number of pages subjected to anonymization is billed.

After creating an account in the section Projects sample test documents are available, allowing the user to immediately check how classification and anonymization work without having to search for files themselves. The user can also add their own documents and test the system on their materials.

After using up the 30-page limit, the user cannot classify any further documents within the trial version. To continue working, they must choose one of the available paid plans.

After the 7-day trial period ends, the system remains available, and the account settings, projects, and actions performed so far are preserved. However, the user cannot add new documents or anonymize files already in the system.

To regain full functionality of the system, choose and purchase one of the available subscription plans.

Purchase a subscription

To use the service under a plan other than Trial, you must purchase the service.

1

Complete company details

Go to the section Settings > Company details and check whether all information has been filled in correctly. This data is used during payment and invoicing.

2

Choose a subscription plan

To choose a subscription plan, go to the tab Settings > Subscription, and then choose the package suited to your needs. After selecting the appropriate plan, click the Buy Bluur and proceed to payment.

The available plans differ in the number of pages that can be anonymized and the number of users covered by the subscription. For all plans, it is possible to purchase an additional user and an additional page package.

In higher packages, the unit price per page is lower, so with a larger number of documents it is worth choosing a plan suited to the actual scale of system use.

For Polish public administration institutions (GOV), the medical sector (MED), and the education sector (EDU), a dedicated subscription plan can be prepared. To arrange the terms, contact our team.

3

Payment

After payment is made, sales documents are sent to the email address used for billing.

If the subscription is not canceled, payment for the next period will be charged automatically, and billing documents will be sent again.

If the payment is not processed, check the card details, available funds, and the message displayed in the payment form.

If problems persist, contact your bank or go to the section Technical Support, to report a problem related to the subscription or billing.

4

Payment history

Invoices and payment information are available in the section Settings > Payments. Here the user can check the billing history and download available documents.

5

Changing or canceling a subscription

At any time you can change your subscription or cancel it from your account settings.

Cancellation of the subscription takes place at the end of the current billing period. This means that the user can use the system until the end of the paid period, and the subscription will not be automatically renewed in the following month.

Currently, customer data is not deleted after canceling a subscription. This means that after repurchasing or renewing the subscription plan, it is possible to return to the account with the saved data.
