The process uses fields detected during **AI Classification** and areas manually added by the user. Before starting anonymization, you can select the appropriate data categories, disable those that should remain visible, and add your own areas intended to be hidden. After anonymization is performed, the system creates a separate, anonymized version of the document. Data located in the selected areas is permanently removed from the output file, and anonymization is not limited to visually covering it up. Until the document is archived, the user can return in the system to the classification stage and make changes. However, this does not apply to previously downloaded files; anonymization of each downloaded version is permanent and irreversible. {% hint style="info" %} **Important:** Before performing anonymization, check all pages of the document, the selected categories, and the manually added areas.
