# Chat
### Chat with support
After clicking the button **Help** the user is taken to the support view, where the chat window is available.
The chat allows contact with the Bluur team directly from within the app and is intended primarily for questions about system operation and features.

To start a conversation, click **Talk to us**, type your message, and then send it to the support team. Response time depends on the current availability of consultants and the number of cases being handled.

Consultants handle the chat on business days between **8:00–16:00**. Messages sent outside business hours remain saved and are read by the support team on the next business day.

### Reporting technical issues
The chat is intended mainly for questions about using the system. Application malfunctions and technical issues should be reported to ****.
In your report, describe the problem, specify the operation you were performing, and include the message text or a screenshot if available.
