Category selection
After proceeding to the stage Anonymization the user selects the data categories that are to be hidden in the document.
In place of the classification preview icons, sliders corresponding to the data categories detected by the system are displayed. Turning a slider on includes all fields belonging to that category during anonymization.
Turning the slider off causes all fields assigned to that category to be skipped throughout the document.
Before starting anonymization, check the settings for all categories and the manually added areas. Make sure they correspond to the scope of data that is to be permanently removed from the output file.
The sliders operate at the document level. This means that turning off a given category causes all fields assigned to that category in the document to be skipped.
Before confirming anonymization, make sure that the selected categories correspond to the scope of data that is to be hidden or removed.
