In the document view, there are tools for navigating between pages and changing the display mode.

## **Page navigation**

The navigation panel is located at the top of the document view.

Use the outermost arrows to go to the first or last page of the document. The arrows next to the page number let you move one page forward or backward.

To go directly to a selected page, click the page number field, enter the correct number, and confirm your choice.

## **Multiple page display**

The document can be displayed as a single page or in multi-page view. In multi-page view, consecutive pages are presented vertically, and you can use the mouse wheel to move through the document.

You can zoom in and out of the preview using the shortcut **Ctrl + mouse wheel**. To go to a selected page faster, expand the page list next to it and choose the appropriate item.

## **Page preview**

On the right side of the screen, there is a collapsible preview of the document pages. Click the selected thumbnail to go directly to the corresponding page without scrolling through the entire file.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://bluurdoc.bluur.ai/en/features/working-with-a-document/page-navigation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
