Payer

The payer details concern the entity responsible for settlement, while the address details are used as buyer details on sales documents. If they concern the same entity and the system does not fill them in automatically, enter matching information in both sections.

Section Payer contains the details of the entity responsible for payment and contact for billing matters.

Fill in:

• street and number;

• postal code;

• city;

• country;

• contact number.

Editing payer details.

Important: After entering or editing the data, click the button with the checkmark icon to save the changes. Clicking the button X cancels editing. Switching to another section without saving may cause loss of the entered data. Please note that moving to another section without prior confirmation may cause loss of the entered data.
