Global
One of the anonymization schemes can be set as global scheme. It will be applied by default across the entire organization to projects that do not have their own assigned scheme.
In the Anonymization scheme:
Expand the list of available schemes.
Select the scheme to be used by default.
Documents are still classified in the standard way. After moving to the stage Anonymization the system will automatically set the category sliders according to the global scheme.
This allows the organization to use the same anonymization scope without having to manually set categories each time.
To select a different scheme:
Click the drop-down list in the section Anonymization scheme.
Select the appropriate scheme from the list.
After changing, the scheme indicated in the selection field will be active.
Important: The global scheme does not restrict or change the operation of AI classification. It only determines the default category setting after moving to the stage Anonymization.
Return to the default scheme
If you want to remove the currently selected scheme and return to the setting Default, click the icon X located in the scheme selection field.
After clearing the selection, the system uses the default configuration again.
Then to select one of the saved schemes, expand the list and choose the appropriate item.
