System events

The System events tab contains a log of operations performed by users and the system.

The log includes, among other things, logins, opening documents, actions performed in projects, tag changes, and operations related to classification, anonymization, archiving, and deleting documents. It allows you to check what was performed, when a given event occurred, and who authored it.

Information available in the log

Each entry in the table contains basic information about the recorded operation:

  • Date – the day and exact time the event occurred;

  • Event – a description of the operation performed, for example adding a tag, anonymizing a document, or deleting a source document;

  • Created by – the user or system responsible for performing the operation.
